## About the role
Join a mission-driven coaching studio dedicated to helping adults and seniors move better, stay strong and live with confidence. This is a full-time personal training role with structured hours, genuine mentorship and a clear career pathway — built for coaches who want more than a job.
You will work within a supportive, professional team whose values centre on care, respect, empathy and dedication to excellence. There is no sales pressure, no commission chasing and no chaotic scheduling. Your entire focus is on coaching and genuinely caring for your clients.
## What you'll do
- Deliver one-to-one personal training sessions to adult and senior clients across structured daily shifts
- Apply evidence-based training methods, drawing on a solid understanding of anatomy and physiology, to design safe and effective programmes
- Build trusting, long-term relationships with clients, helping them regain confidence, reduce pain and improve functional independence
- Follow clear coaching systems and session structures that support consistent, high-quality delivery
- Participate in weekly mentorship and continuous professional development activities
- Collaborate as part of a close-knit coaching team, maintaining high standards and a supportive culture
- Contribute to programme design and, over time, take on expanded responsibilities as you progress through defined career stages
## What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of coaching or personal training experience
- A Certified Personal Trainer (CTP) qualification, or a genuine willingness to obtain one
- Good working knowledge of anatomy, physiology and evidence-based training principles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills — the ability to motivate clients, earn their trust and adapt your coaching style to their needs
- A genuine commitment to client care and professional growth
- Proficiency in English to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues
- A professional, team-oriented mindset with high personal standards
Experience with seniors is not required — full training is provided. What matters most is that you care deeply about the people you coach and see personal training as a long-term career.
