Personal data protection notice
How Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd collects, uses and protects your personal data under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
What we collect
When you contact us or apply for a role we collect the details you give us: name, contact details, resume and the information in it, and anything you write in the message field. We also record the time of your submission and basic technical data (IP address, browser) to protect the forms from abuse.
What we use it for
To respond to your enquiry; to consider you for the role you applied for and for other suitable roles with our clients; to contact you about opportunities; and to meet our obligations as a licensed employment agency. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
Your resume and profile are shared only with the hiring companies for roles you apply to or agree to be put forward for, and with service providers who host our systems. Our consultants are registered EA personnel under MOM Employment Agency licence 21C0845.
How long we keep it
Application data is kept for as long as we are actively representing you, and otherwise reviewed and removed periodically. You can ask us to update or delete your data at any time.

To access, correct or withdraw consent for the use of your personal data, email hello@recruitnow.sg. Our Data Protection Officer will respond within 30 days.
