You will be part of a supportive team in a central location, with structured hours and clear performance incentives.
## What you'll do
Loan Application & Processing
- Guide customers through loan enquiries and explain available personal loan products clearly and accurately.
- Conduct customer onboarding, including identity verification (KYC) and eligibility assessments.
- Evaluate applicants' financial profiles, income documentation, creditworthiness, and repayment capacity.
- Process and approve loans within authorised limits in accordance with company guidelines.
- Prepare and issue loan contracts, ensuring customers fully understand all terms and obligations.
Customer Service & Business Development
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided leads to introduce personal loan products.
- Deliver professional, ethical, and accurate financial advice to applicants.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships, handling all enquiries courteously.
- Educate customers on repayment schedules, applicable fees, and legal responsibilities.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of loan applications, contracts, receipts, and reports.
- Conduct mandatory recordings where required for face-to-face or video loan operations.
- Safeguard customer confidentiality and the integrity of sensitive financial data.
Repayment & Debt Management
- Monitor repayment schedules and follow up with customers on outstanding balances.
- Issue reminders and notices, and negotiate structured repayment arrangements where necessary.
- Escalate overdue accounts in line with company policy and all applicable legal guidelines, strictly adhering to ethical debt management practices.
Administrative Duties
- Handle general office administration including filing, record updates, and reporting.
- Maintain daily cash flow records, disbursement logs, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with audit requirements and compliance inspections as needed.
## What we're looking for
