## What you'll do
- Plan and conduct engaging enrichment lessons for preschool-aged children in accordance with established teaching plans and curriculum frameworks
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of each student's learning progress and development
- Develop comprehensive termly assessment reports that reflect individual student achievement and areas for growth
- Communicate proactively and regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's performance, progress, and learning milestones
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse learning needs and developmental stages of learners
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of lesson materials and classroom practices
- Work independently during weekend sessions, demonstrating initiative and reliability
## What we're looking for
- A recognised degree in Education, specialist subject teaching, or a closely related discipline
- At least 1 year of local preschool or early-childhood teaching experience
- Strong subject knowledge with the ability to deliver clear, age-appropriate instruction in the specialist curriculum area
- Proficiency in English for communication with parents, colleagues, and for record-keeping purposes
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage lesson planning, assessment documentation, and parent communication concurrently
- A patient, nurturing approach to working with children
- Willingness and availability to work on weekends as required
- A self-motivated individual who can work effectively and independently with minimal supervision
